Our current exhibition Tree of Life will held in gallery GAo ShAn 31 October - 21 December. This exhibition is representing Finnish artist Pekka Paikkari and his artist family members newest artist work. This exhibition is more than just a showcase of individual artworks. It reflects the growth, creativity, and interconnectedness of a family deeply rooted in the Finnish art tradition. Much like a tree growing strong from its roots, The exhibition explores the dynamic between art, family bonds, and the Finnish cultural spirit of independence.

Pekka Paikkari, a renowned Finnish ceramic artist and long-standing member of the Arabia Art Department Society since 1983, is widely recognized for his large-scale wall sculptures displayed in public spaces. Joining him are his wife, textile artist Sirkka Paikkari, their daughter, ceramic artist Mari Paikkari, and their son, designer and artist Tuukka Paikkari.

Our gallery, modeled after a cozy Finnish home, invites you to an intimate exploration, where visitors can reflect on how art nourishes both familial relationships and personal growth, much like the nurturing cycle of nature itself.
